Dont' give them ammo to work with...vague vague vague.....This will go nowhere....make sure you have all your documentation taken care of and in order, and do not have any more correspondence with the tenant....refer them to your lawyer.There is no need to contact a lawyer until you get some official documents from their lawyer or a court etc.

Account Closed wonderful advice: Flipping, in my opinion, requires a particular type of temperament as you would have to deal with a lot of different and interesting characters from City Officials to CON-tractors (note the CON part).
