Brandon for his desire to do everything for his family and I relate to his Shiny Object Syndrome with things I want to do and David due to his Hard Work and his desire to just Help us out.

I bring this up because when you start out it is really easy to end up with shiny object syndrome where everything looks amazing!

Hence it follows the possibility of deep configuration and optimization of the object is lost.

No system is perfect, so don't waste your time chasing after the next shiny object.

They will be able to approve plans for an ADU regardless of the coastal commissions objection or they would know what the status would be of any CC stoppages. 

That's not even measureable between investors because 'good' is subjective and has different values based on context and motivation.Please relate an objective measurement that you use to define a good deal.
