I find it interesting that many pundits in the media are always clamoring to invest in the latest and greatest company, and how few of those same people are discussing the merits of commercial property ownership.

That's like saying, there are less people on myspace... social media marketing is delusional....Is inventory less... sure... is it dry... far from it.

The lawsuits for wrongful death, civil liabilities and other media attention will consume most of your waking hours for a couple of years if it was proven you failed to maintain the property and contributed to the death of one or more individuals.It won't matter if you have great insurance, an LLC or whatever asset protection plan the latest guru sold you.

Usually the installer will guarantee the integrity of the roof from their install.

For the most part, we haven’t had problems with parties or damages over the nearly 4 yrs we have owned them-you have to screen well, check references, social media, that kind of thing.
