I personally do my owen  management so I can't recommend anyone.

We’ve gone through the process of doing an application and submitting the required documents, and our lender is saying our combined income is too low, even with a significant down payment. 

Maybe it's because it's beaten into our heads as RE agents, but I'm particularly careful when emailing, texting or calling applicants.   

You can enter for a lower price, learn the management process, and just get a feel for real estate investing without taking on a huge project.

I believe Zillow will even take applications and screen/background check applicants for me.

The other partner will be onsite management, set up and property identification.Any help or suggestions on how to structure the equity piece would be great.  

Account for repairs, vacancies, property management, and capital expense.

I cannot do a conventional loan because I do not have a job and my husband is not ready to input his info (for his W-2 job) for a loan application so I am trying to think what loans will work for me?
