Because time is money and if you waste time on a job, you lose...it doesn't hurt as much but it comes out of your bottom line just the same.The truth is...most homeowner/investors think they know what they're doing but they really are clueless.

We went way over budget because of this and it also took longer than we were originally hoping.

We've also gotten a new black-top on Hope Mills Rd, and I've seen a few places where pavements been ripped up for a few days, and then good to go shortly there after.

It is easy to lose your shirt in that area so it is important to have someone solid.

So please please please stop telling people it is a numbers game... as if it is a reason or justification that it is OK.No man.If you need to send 3000 mailers calls or texts to a list (that you PAID for that supposedly is a "targeted list"), to hopefully get ONE contract signed... let me show you the numbers.1/3000 (if lucky) = 0.03% success rate.This means that 99.967% of the people YOU PAID for, that are supposedly "TARGETED" to be motivated .. are NOT motivated.
