In some states, particularly those with warmer climates and robust population growth, seasonality plays a less significant role.

Hey BP, first time landlord working with a section 8 prospect.

Pretty much whatever makes sense.My plan is for it to be a midterm rental most the year and then be there for a portion of summer to be close to my daughter.  

This is a nice looking unit in what appears to be a well kept building.

We have a PM and communicate wiht them. when we did not have one long ago we did not have any app or anything. we had them pay online or mail a check and put $ in quickbooks and if there was an issue they would call or email us.
