If you haven't already, I'd recommend getting cost segregation study quotes from multiple companies and then taking those quotes back to your CPA to discuss if you would be able to benefit from the study.

Generally will want to see fully finished/turnkey to get a 30-year option like DSCR high credit or not.If you can get the first property completed and leased up and at least get the credit for yourself back up in the 650s pretty quickly then a DSCR Loan should be possible on that one - that can be the first step

I would invest back into what is already in your portfolio before trying to scale, try out luxury/unique on something you already own/manage and see what it does for numbers. 

All too often I hear new clients having bad experiences with companies backed by superstars on TV or social media gurus.

We escaped "in city" Seattle a few years back. we had properties all over the city.

Question is, if it’s a back-to-back loan arrangement, will the interest part of the repayment be taxable income to me?

I’m checking back with my accountant to see if she can still file for me this year if it isn’t too complicated.  

Recently I was talking with a lender and after much communication back and forth I found out he did not have NMLS ID number and I was told he works 'under' someone else (within the company). 

Yeah, the common response to that on a owner finance is "you can always take back the property."
