We are in the same neighborhood and there are quite a few BP members that meets regularly Des Moines, Seattle, Lakewood and Bellevue, WA.

I’ll definitely look forward to getting out to the REIA meetings.

I was told that they may do a rental revenue commitment that they must meet.
