as far as i know you can't for non payment - you can though for other reasons like lease violations  

Dave, there is so much more than the relationship between UPB and the purchase price when dealing with MH ( or any property ) when lending. 

As far as first starting out, I wouldn't buy something for $200k or $300k to start.
