I hear people talk about having a business plan that they take to the banks or lenders to show what they plan to do with a property.i was wondering who is that person that writes up the business plan is it yourself, a developer, architect, a numbers guy or is it all of their information put in a booklet to give to the bankers for the loan.

“If information was the key to success we’d all be millionaires with 6 pack abs…”There are certainly  people who have done it in less than 5-7 years.

But if you are hiring out, compare wood look porcelain tile.

The title company will either have an affliate they will send you to where your at in Chicago ( same underwriter usually) or hire a mobile notary service.. these are quite strange .

All the more reason for a homeowner to make sure that the Contractor they hire is legit...licensed, insured, references, good contract and other paperwork, etc ..

My best guess for a setup is something like this • I hire VA's to build a list  and skip trace 5,000 contacts • I hire a call center to call this list • the motivated sellers are registered in call centers CRM which directly connects to my CRM.
