Knowing things like median income for an area,  median rent , population growth, unemployment and investment of companies are some information that id like to research.

NH is the same but I can’t really think of a good market with prices like you have been quoted in the other posts.

You'll have to do some digging to find out who the seller is and get access to their contact information and even then there is no gaurantee that you will connect. hope this was helpful!

The buyer was informed that the interest rate will be floating because the construction completion date is further away (5 months) according to the preferred lender.
