Lessons learned?

Thanks for helping me learn - we definitely want to protect downside risk.  

I'm blessed to be stationed here and learn the market firsthand. 

I’m not experienced with being a landlord, so I wasn’t sure if I should first acquire a rental close to home to learn the ropes or if I should just look into Florida with a property management company since I plan on moving there within the next to years.

The learnings: Any particular lessons learned that you can pass on?

I later learned the Crossroads deal had "blown up" the first time, and this was not disclosed when they refinanced to a new investor group I was part of.

I'm new to the world of wholesaling and eager to learn from experienced wholesalers in Nevada County, CA.
