We have Netflix and Hulu, but we also have regular Comcast cable.

Clearly the goal is to find someone who self manages and more importantly doesn’t raise rents on a regular basis.

You will find that the floorplan and general "look" of all homes from 1990 to 2020 is fairly identical, so I would find a good used one with at least two bedrooms (one BR is simply too small).I would pay cash for it (assume maybe $15,000 for a 1990 one in good condition) as the interest rate on the loan will be higher than any investment that same money could generate. 

Does anyone know of a group who might offer regular Zoom calls focused on REI? 

If them dismissing you is a regular occurrence maybe it is time to find a new broker. 

All of which was not disclosed to me.So said company provides a new repair estimate....which was almost identical to their original repair......hmmmm seems shady to meLost the sale, took the home off the market.
