tpercival, I agree that there are some great online resources like you mentioned, however, they are only as good as the availability of information the conclusions are drawn on.For instance, comps I have gotten on properties in Texas were way out of whack.

100% investment property loans are still out there ( I just got one last month and several lenders were offering it), but the terms aren't the gretatest, probably not ideal for a long term holding situation.

I'm just looking to network online a little bit, I mean if mostly everybody is online looking for real estate and properties, why not be there and give them a helping hand right.
