It is illegal for us to tamper with contracts, as that is the practice of law.

So as a practical matter, the school district bring these actions to collect money from the owner or a lender.

@Andrea NielsonI've never had to do this in practice, but I do believe that if they share a living space you can specify.

May as well not bother screening at all with that practice.
