My goals are to assist people in the community that I reside in to achieve their dreams of purchasing homes and also revitalize the properties in the Hunting Park, Tioga, & Nicetown areas.

Everybody on here talks about hunting down the best deals, but your book addresses financing before anything else.

So I am hunting for the right fit.I am also loosing interest in managing our properties personally, and while we probably have enough room on the home to pay for a property manager, it would wipe out much of the cashflow.

I really wanted to make this work for me as I am a busy professional that doesn't have the time to go to auctions/hunt through mlls/finds deals, rehab, list, repeat...

Both options also cost money, so be sure that the money is worth the cost.Happy hunting.
