Begin “Faking it til you make it” - read books on whatever it is you want to master (real estate books), listen to podcasts, wake up early, work longer, save more than you spend, write down goals and plan each day, etc.

I got a book on framing and watched some construction projects to learn that end of things but the drywall repair was pretty much trial and error and self-taught.

For the past year, I have been educating myself using books, forums, podcasts, networking etc.

You may be able to find some more creative ways of investing in Brandon’s book - investing with low or no money down- there were a few early podcasts that mentioned some pretty creativeUnfortunately I couldn’t find it.
