Wouldn't it be much easier for the government to assist with rent payments to tenants that might have been financially affected by covid?

@Jonathan R McLaughlin I have a fairly bullish outlook that this will be short lived, and as has been proven over and over, most consumer's memories are short.I do think a lot of Airbnb hosts will sell/convert to long term, especially when Airbnb forced all hosts to issue full refunds, regardless of refund policy outlined by host.  

I haven't seen any help to lenders/landlords from the government.

You know that the government is about to send them a check, but you can't guarantee that they'll sign it over to you. 

See what their policy is for selling "struck-off" property. 

@Robert Obniski comission is governed by the listing contract and subsequently by the MLS.

They will also not be returning until the dust settles on government restrictions pertaining to payments/foreclosures as well as when there is an exact timeline on when America will be back open for business. 

You may not care or think that's possible, but do you really think our government would essentially shut down our economy for a month just because 100 people are dying a day?
