Any rehab involved ...

I am seeking a Real Estate Agent who has knowledge and experience of working with other real estate investors when it involves the process of  creative investing of wholesaling and flipping properties.

But assuming that once you file it is a quick process of a couple days then it seems it's just an attempt at being equitable to all parties involved....especially the one that is "losing" on the deal.

If there is a lender involved, a vendor's lien will usually be included in that section of the deed as well.

I'm also is interested of costs involved using a property management service

The purchase price and valuation is totally different than single family and there are more costs involved than you'd typically see in a single family home (that can't be absorbed by the tenant). 

Others like to be more involved with the projects, which can be good or bad depending on what you are looking for...a partner or a banker.  

So, I kind of found this niche after I had been involved in it for a little while. 

I'm pretty clueless when it comes to brokers but I have heard that as a real estate agent, there's a lot more liability involved.

I think that's wrong for all parties involved.
