If generating some cash immediately is necessary, why don't you see if you can get the lot subdivided so you are able to sell the house you have rented for the cash infusion and keep the house you are currently living in?

Ask your neighbor what kind of car the boyfriend drives and then do random drive bys at all hours and take pics of his car there; you should have enough evidence within a week that he is living/staying there more than elsewhere (or ask your neighbors to do it for you) make sure to get pics of his liscense plate.

OTOH, if they do have significant assets, this may come into play and make cause taxes to be generated for the heirs when they do die.The point is there are significant tax disadvantages to what they have done and they affect you (for sure) and them (possibly.)With that behind us, what's going on in the area?

this would give the compressor a direct link from the garage to the house. some electric motors ( which this compressor has) can force a back feed as though it were a generator. this would cause the compressor to back feed directly into the main panel and overload the whole house without passing thru the main breaker in the main panel. we could have a twofold problem here. a defective compressor and a direct ( wrong wired) connection. in any case, this tenant had no business messing with the electrical system of your house and could have cost you the house and perhaps some lives. this would be grounds for me to evict or not renew the lease. if there were no problems prior to this, the loss of his tv sets are his fault not yours. throw the bum out and for safety sake, have another electrician check things out completely

Hi Ladies & Gents.I've been reading through the marketing section of this forum as I'm trying to help my old man take his real estate business into the 21st century, but I'm conflicted with all the awesome info.We've had an offer that is similar to the InvestorCarrots Site but without the pre written content that carrots offer.It's quite pricey and I'm wondering If i should just DIY the process.So here's my question - What is the quickest online method for lead generation(I understand if you don't want to share)Should I do EVERYTHING or focus on something else online?

To compare, having the cash in the property (taking a Cashout refi out of the equation to make this point) the money generates $800/month - less some expenses of course and you still earn a few hundred per month.
