I searched around the forums and haven't seen any recent postings on this topic, but does anyone have any good recommendations on Expat Professional Tax services that have experience on expats with US investment properties? 

P.S. my analysis was based on what I believe to be the actual property, which I was able to find, based on the little info in your original post.

The best way to find someone who fits your needs for a CPA is to see who is commenting on similar posts, or ask a specific question and see who has the most knowledge in that field.

Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too.

Why people post these “success stories” I don’t get it.
