The past year I've acquired two houses in Wisconsin that operate/going to operate as vacation rentals.I've been a lurker on the forums long before I had an account, and a big fan of the podcast.

I'm sure @KimLisa Taylor and @Jillian Sidoti will be able to help you out or point you in the right direction since they are very active bloggers and forum commenters in that space.

You've probably seen him around the forums providing information and disspelling lending myths.

We recently discover the forum.

I have substantial cash to invest...7 figures...and have heard several times in this forum that buying an apartment building/complex is far superior to buying SFRs.

Many folks on these forums complain (rightly) about the sky high California prices BUT Cali also enjoys unmatched capital appreciation rates.

I’m still very new to posting and the BP forums in general, any guidance would be much appreciated.
