So, if you create an LLC in another state, you will likely need to register it as a foreign LLC in California.

I would like to know people who have bought properties in the USA and used refinance from the USA while being a foreigner investor.I have one rental property and would like to use the equity in it to expand my portfolio.I have heard of Lima Capital but i talked to one of their agents and he told me that they stopped their foreigners programs. 

From a logical perspective it's gotta be this way, otherwise the best strategy becomes max leverage all the time no matter what and the currency collapses.

We favor British common law countries because of their property rights and often foreigners can own property with little to no restrictions.
