I will put the place on several websites and Airbnb/VRBO. 

One thing I had done is take a look at houses in areas using Zillow/RealEstate website and call PM in area to see local rates and do the math.I'm still new, but have looked into diff areas and done the same.

We would like to move in, make the repairs while renting, and in a few months, reapply for a loan (with no rehab portion needed due to home in better shape) and finish this process we've started. 

I haven't been able to come across the answers on the Intuit and IRS websites yet.Thanks,David

Hi BP,I came across a website that I think many people from the BP community might find interesting.

I viewed the website and found a form that appears to be for rental income but it looks like it is for residents (or maybe both?).

For some of these numbers, you can get the actual numbers by either calling contracting companies or just finding off various websites.
