If anyone is willing, I’m looking for a general range of dollars per lead and dollars per deal for the following strategies: Direct mailCold calling PPC Texting RVM Radio Hoping to get some good feedback here as I know there are many others looking to get started spending marketing dollars but don’t want to just blow money.

Certainly a good way to help the industry and/or farm business leads, but I'll bet very few of the sh***y ones would make that effort and/or expose themselves to that (constructively critical at times) feedback and discourse.

The few concerns that have been spoken are around bad tenants, but most feedback has been positive and actually helpful in some cases.
