My idea being, it creates more of an attachment to a rental because the tenant may have a long term committment to be there to plant, care or harvest there garden.

I planted a 50 tree fruit orchard, purchased 10 steers, and put in a a stream fed pond of nearly 2 acres with island and Dock.

I have heard of stories at REIA meetings where code will stage fake meeting calls at property addresses and ticket the offender as soon as they show up.

Id create a fake profile (pretty girl) and send to guys.

And, that is my income.I even started throwing around August because...it would allow for a buyers surge because of great stock market returns (FAKE), appreciating properties (FAKE), general faith in the economy under our new business bullish president (FAKE), and the number of buyers with returned credit scores after their last loss married to a historic interest rate starting to climb!  

The "stand down" issue was total fake news and the reason that I know this is that Batts is VERY well experienced in tactical operations (SWAT) and, I believe, was one of the pioneers in "mobile field force" creation. 

I currently own and manage 3 rental properties that are bringing me about 1000/month for all 3 rentals along with having a full-time job in our local chemical plant.

@Vincent Plant My 2 cents would be to take @Ross Denman advice and leverage that cash.

That plant has been such a rollercoaster for the city's morale.

I can see up to a 40% drop, unless the coal regulations on power plants are changed.
