I see that you also work in NYC; if we were looking for business financing down the road, would we need to be looking in Indiana where the property(s) and the LLC are, or could we explore options here in NYC since we live here?

I am not currently happy with the Hammonton market, so I am exploring Glassboro because of Rowan's explosive growth and the increasing property value due to how the neighborhood is improving around the school.  

Hi @Jordan Gilberti just wanted to followup and see how did you make out with finding a broker of record for your situation.I am thinking exploring getting an NJ realtor license but more so for access to the MLS and look at properties at the speed that I like vs. having to wait for a realtor to get back to me.

My catch 22 is perhaps through this post the forging of said relationships will take care of them selves...who knows.Lastly, since I'm exploring several different markets, if anyone has similar insight on Indianapolis, Kansas City, and/or Toledo, I'd appreciate any feedback you gotP.S. - If the neighborhoods I've scouted are less than Cs please let me know.
