I"m new to Real Estate and need help finding an investor friendly Real Estate agent in the Hartford County area of Connecticut to help me purchase my first multi family property.

I liked the landlord friendly laws, I liked the net inward migration, I liked the multiple industries and I liked that it was easy to get something near the 1% rule.

But can anyone refer an investor-friendly lawyer to look over and alter contracts?

I’m a wholesaler who does direct mail and cold calling but I prefer the cold calling method as it is quicker and more convenient if I have an accurate method of obtaining current vital info.
