You can get top dollar for your home as we are at an all time high.If you sell now, you are exempt from paying any capital gains taxes on any profits/proceeds after selling as an Owner Occupant (up to $250k exempt if single, $500k if married)You get to enjoy some tax benefits such as writing off interest, depreciation etc when leasing.

Turns out the structure is a 60 X 40 building. ½ of the building has 2 huge garage doors and this is where he parked his RV’s and had a workshop. the other side of the structure has (according to him 2 bedrooms and a wooden deck on the side (so you can come outside on the deck and enjoy the view I guess) He says he rented out one of the rooms back in the days and a water heated broke and messed up the downstairs bedroom and he never fixed it up.
