Any investor contacting an owner in foreclosure is entering a mine field, all it takes is for the owner tell Aunt Mary to tells Uncle George who has a real estate license or asks someone else who has seen the FBI public announcements about foreclosure scams.

And my principal has informed me that I encounter all sorts of problems that Realtors with more experience tend to get - as I dive in with both feet.I network when I have time, although that is a problem, a lack of time.

However, I am also open to lease option if I encounter a serious rent to own candidate during the process.

Set high standards for your business, run it like a professional business, follow the low, and you'll mitigate most of the unnecessary issues landlords/risk taking gamblers on this site encounter.

That is not right, moral, fair, and it's also "unjust enrichment" in a majority of states. 2) Only hire licensed contractors like myself, PERIOD, don't hire unlicensed people or the cheapest bid, because then you will sometimes get scammed or assaulted or stolen from.

Sound like a landlord scam and all it will take is one lawsuit to fix the problem.
