Is there a seasoning period?

Hello,I'm new to BiggerPockets but have found it very educating thus far as I get started in the REI world. 

It is mostly bilingual education.

That's great about wanting to give your kid an education in non-traditional earnings. 

I've been reading some of the forums in BP and I know some say to educate yourself, then build a buyers list.

Afterwards I began my education at the Kelley School of Business as a marketing and international business dual major.

I guess me repeatedly explaining that we would do periodical checks for additional dogs was enough to keep her from applying. 

If you plan on getting solar, the provider would need to analyse your electric consumption over a period of time. 

So it's the brokerage that would need to agree to modify the listing agreement and fee structure  with the seller.The listing agreement might have a protection period built in where commission is still owed once a buyer is procured even if the seller chooses not to sell the property.

Keep educating yourself and make the move to invest in RE as this will provide you with Financial Freedom to do more of what you love to do.
