I'm still not able to invest with the big dogs here but an hour or so outside of the city will find you deals.

I had a place in a floor that needed a spot that was dog scratched almost down to the subfloor replace and  our floor guy (who is amazing got it replace and you can't even tell). 

Maybe you have time to bird dog or wholesale and can bring a deal to the more seasoned investor who will in turn help teach you the ropes. 

We don;t even know if she called the cops and there is an investigation of criminal behavior going on (sadly, these are VERY under reported crimes), but even then it's not obvious to me that you can just evict.

And then the person they invested in is like "well....my kid got sick, and then I had to take my dog to the vet.

Hello everyone, My name is Matt and I am not only new to BP, but I am also new real estate.I live in east central Iowa, with my amazing wife 2 dogs and my cat.  

He asked when they could pick up the dog from grandmas to have it move in with them. 

now, you may be able to keep it rented to people who want to pay the same as an apartment and in the deal get a yard for their dog.  

The unit next to me has 2 dogs in it which I wasn't aware of and the one next to that has one.
