If you are ok with c and d areas there is potential of double digit returns.

Everything else for the most part is just agreed upon digital numbers on a computer program that can be changed , robbed or hacked .

Vegas has been double digits also. 

However it's unlikely we will have double digits appreciation either, as we have seen in the past few years here.I actually thought about crashing and even the urge to sell before crash, then I realize I'll have to pay 8% in transaction cost and capital gains, market will have to crash at least 10% AND I'll have to time the market right to make it worthwhile.

Some dying companies that sell on-premise hardware are still screaming that cloud is a fad and not sustainable due to security issues. 

Also I think it is more like 2-3 hours job to dig it.

The best thing to do with those would be to add some hardware.
