You can print this one on your computer, no need for the “official” printed forms.W-9 asks them to enter their name, address, and tax ID – which can be a SSN, ITIN (for people who are not permanent residents) or EIN (business tax ID).

Believe it or not, some of the older guys I have worked with don't even know how to use computer programs for research.  

Others just use a computer based appraisal system where they can give you their value in 5 minutes.

The most helpful technology suites to me are Docusign, Dropbox, any computer with a secure connection (doesn't have to be mine-I've written many contracts from the local public library while traveling/out of cell service/no personal internet connection) and a general pdf editor/creator.

MOst counties now a days at least have it in micro fiche or some other computer system.. but some still use the books..

Forms, some are hard copy masters in notebooks and some are kept as computer files.Tenant files are in hard copy form in a file cabinet.
