It seems like both areas offer strong cash flows.I’m aware of the crime in both areas and the potential risks stemming from that.However from a rental aspect what blocks/areas, if any, attract the best tenant pool?

Knight  I would before anything and consider  the MOST IMPORTANT aspect not touched upon yet here , Is to confirm if   STR legal in that town.

I would strongly suggest that you educate yourself on the subject as there are many excellent threads on the subject already on this forum.Also I would encourage that you learn about the negative aspects of using an LLC too (cost, lending limitations and rate, use of a lawyer to represent it in court, ...).

(This would be something you may need to speak to a attorney about the legal aspect of this). 3. ????

My lease has a strict zero-tolerance crime policy that include no drugs as defined by section 102 of the Federal Controlled Substance Act.

No advice as far as the loan aspect as I have not done that.

Make sure to accurately define travel nursing for them, they may have a limited understanding of the profession.
