The properties in question are ones that I find by driving for $$$. 

It drives me crazy because it adds 15-20 days to the loan process.  

They are common stories but there must be some exceptions out there if I can dive deep enough.

Alex,I have a building lot for sale with lake views and only 1 hr drive from Throgs Neck Bridge.

A lot of people's "circumstances change" because they have to drive across town to go to work, etc.
