I would search the site for "Due on sale clause" and you will find a lot of information regarding LLCs and transferring titles post-purchase.

There are exceptions for transfers under federal law, one is a transfer for estate planning purposes where there is no change in the beneficial interest.

I've checked my offer contract from when I purchased the property and the following clause was specifically added: "At closing, seller will assign all leases,transfer all security deposits and rents and provide operable keys to buyer."
