Are there any creative ways to use the equity in my existing house to keep / rent / buy a new house?

Interest and vacancy rates continue to remain low (for now) and the common perception seems to be that virtually anyone with some spare cash (or a self directed IRA) can fix, flip, reposition, rehab, swap, wholesale, lease to purchase, buy/hold, etc.

Are there any creative ways to use the equity in my existing house to keep / rent / buy a new house?

I live in Charlotte North Carolina, can anyone point me in the right direction of what I should do next?

I had just started to migrate my portfolio to Rentec Direct when this announcement hit.

I just migrated to Rentec Direct as I pretty much had enough of “free”.... 5 business days for payment, no real management features (such as COMPLETE capture of info from prospects to tenants to auto lease generation (using DocuSign’s engine).

I am excited and eager to learn everything about this industry through hard work and any direction on where to at least begin my education would be much appreciated.Thank you all so much,Daniel Cardenas. 

As a follow-up to my own post, this is the verbiage I'd developed, which others can comment on:The increase in value of Separate Property, regardless of whether such increase or decrease is due in whole or in part to the direct or indirect contributions of either party and whether such increase is passive or active.

I was able to successfully register my 2nd LLC with the CA, as mentioned, and was re-directed by them to file the LLC-12 which will state all the members.
