Perhaps, they realize that causing oil companies to crash and burn after doing well at first, is a better strategy than simply nipping it at the bud.

Seems odd that the oil crash is having an impact on values so quickly since it's only been a few months of downward pressure on oil pricing.

Does anyone else have a problem using the bigger pockets app?  Whenever I'm reading forum posts I can only stay on for a few minutes before it closes on me and says "unfortunately bigger pockets has stopped working." ...

That was about 6 years ago, and that career brought me to everything from rapes to murders, car crashes, you name it, but in particular to the cold bodies of a fair number of people who had died alone with no one in their lives.

That crash won't happen in the housing market for at least a year.  

During the stock-market crash, I transferred our old 401s into self-directed iras, when things calmed down last year, we paid the penalties & dumped the cash into down payments for two rentals.

Probably in a bubble...the stock market is at it's high (the last time it was this close was right before the stock/housing market crashed)
