Lots of new development happening in Cinci and growing FCC fan base! 

I don't know Thousand Oaks well, but under normal circumstances, violations of a lease generally lead to a notice to cure or quit in California. 

It is a nice, quiet neighborhood with good schools right across the bridge (about a mile away) from downtown New Brunswick which is a city home to Rutgers, RWJ Hospital, Johnson & Johnson, NJ Transit train to NYC and a lot of development going on including a brand new theater and a huge development project at the train station which will include shopping, food and apartments.

Also, for those that like to closely supervise, it may seem daunting ensuring legal claims don't develop against you when you can't physically check on the property yourself.

Oregon Is mean to us developers tax wise..But that does not slow down the great growth here and building opps.. its spectacular  for guys that cant compete say in the Bay area were values are so astronomical..

What are the specific circumstances where someone would care what you look like and wearing a suit would have a material impact on the outcome?

The big lessons learned were around handling general contractor relationships as well as the filings associated with condo developments.

I am a contractor and I work with great contractors I have been thinking about building a house from the ground up and I would really love an opportunity to talk with somebody who has done this before and I’d like to know all of the costs associated with doing this and about how much I should expect to spend and how hard is it as far as planning and development permit’s etc.

Have worked and worked to develop some relationships but man are some people just plain flaky.
