One way would be to look up the local Housing Authority program and ask them the rates for various unit sizes.

Even though I plan on putting a radon mitigation system in if it is high, i was curious and it got me thinking....Would I be required (as the landlord) to install a mitigation system even though I did not authorize the test?

An "Authorization to Release Information" form should be secured - especially if the homeowner mentions there are seconds taken out on the property.
