Maybe it would make sense to buy a shopping center and move your business into the center.

It's a five minute walk to that stadium and a ten minute walk to the Ravens (NFL) stadium and the Baltimore Convention Center / downtown.

Working with a JV or partnership is also mostly just words to me at this very early stage.

From reading posts on BP, I'm getting the impression that commercial real estate, specifically retail and office space are in the recovery stage.  

Depending on subdivision size it might take 2 to 3 years to sell out completely from stage 0 ( selling the first dirt lots) to stage 4 ( selling the last few remaining homes in the development ).When you have success save it all and invest to create passive income.

I am planning on going after a few retail centers at Auction that look good.

Last, whenever you have an unusual space, think about bringing in someone to stage the room to show how charming it can be.

Or they just don't want deal with the hassle of listing and showing and feeling all the pressure to clean and fix and stage etc.

Then I scroll down and see that most haven't been active on BP in over a year.Can't help but wonder if they got caught in the analysis-paralysis stage and never started?
