I've been considering adding a Woodford to my mini-bar, but I don't know which is most popular.I'm not a real big drinker, but I do have a mini-bar and I like to offer business associates a drink from time to time.I like to offer doubles (of a full Polish shot 60ml = 2oz), so a 750 ml makes about 6 drinks (costing it out).Which Woodford do you think would be most popular.It will set with Makers Mark, Jack Black, Knob Creek, Canadian Club, and VO....Grey Goose, Tanqueray, Tang 10, Patrone, etc...

Well said @Bruce LynnI have noticed an uptick on my side of the business regarding the acquisition of land and building.Its an experienced bunch that buy these but from the feed back that I'm getting, experienced flippers are finding some peace in building from the ground up.

most bay area properties appreciate at higher than 2% annually which is how much the property tax can increase annually which reduces the number of properties that would have an overpriced assessment so i would say that kind of service won't last long in business around the bay areaAfter the financial crash in 2008 resulting in property depreciation, many people appealed the property assessment and there were services back then offering to appeal but i gotta say i haven't seen those lately

But as a new business or a non-licensed GC its going to be a hard "No" from 99% of most banks.
