Hi Andy.We have a spam filter for blog comments, but sometimes they sneak through.You can always copy the URL for the blog post and send it to [email protected] with a note that there is a spam comment.I just made a ticket for the developers to add a Report as Spam link to the blog so we can make this easier.

So my gurus,Let me ask you this.I did some experimenting and I think, I got a system where I've filtered all the rude and angry calls.So in other words I get less calls but the calls I do get are not calling to swear at me for sending them a letter.My question is: Would you favor this "fewer calls but no more angries"?

As I'm thinking about it now though, mailing an equity list, I'll probably say something like 'I mail everyone whose lived in there house for more than 4 years (or whatever filter you built in).

Another advantage is that you can have them populate the list exactly the way you want it and even pre-filter it based on your criteria instead of getting a list in whatever format the county decides to give you containing a huge quantity of names and information that will then need to be sorted and pared down (scubbed) anyway.

If you play with the minimum price being above 500K you can usually do a national search in an hour or two.When searching for smaller Parks I can sometimes takes off the price filter and then say "minimum bedrooms" = 9 or something like that.The worst part about these Parks is dealing with the residential realtors that have them listed.
