The reviews I see online are not the best.

My mom bought a home back in the early 1990s, afterwards got married and her husband moved in with her.

Plus, the note I bought had a longer term than the student loan so now that the loan has been paid back, it's still paying me today!

I just bought a house, and would like to change the house number.  

The house I bought and will be house hacking in came with a coin-op washer and dryer.  

It seems like I chose a desirable area to live and around the time the reno should be done (week of Oct 2nd) I may expect to have a tenant that week or the week after.This place was bought with hard money, 20% down.

Last house I bought was 44K and the rehab was 28k (63%) but the bigger the rehab the more people it scares off, which leaves you with opportunity.

Then from there, referrals and meeting others at meet ups, online like right here, etc.Most all of my deals over the past decade plus have been funded with private money.

(He had received over 10 grands commission acting the buyer’s agent though.)Though there are improvement could be done to the property (install an additional bathroom, update kitchens, add compressor for A/C), given we bought it at a retail price, probably it’s not an option to make these updates and sell it.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
