Things are (were) booming!   

If they have to climb the tree or use a boom truck, that can cost hundreds per tree.

Might sound a bit odd but Sunday afternoons I make a big batch of a few meals and boom, have lunch and dinner for the week.

What is the cause for Asheville’s real estate boom?

Boom!

I believe we are on the cusp of an economic boom and 2018 and beyond are going to be great years so now would not be the best time to sell if you can hold on to experience the appreciation you may get in the next few years.I would not refi just to save a few hundred dollars.So to summarize...Best Option:  Hold & Rent Long Term (reduce rent to find a solid renter & prepare for a negative cash flows situation) If you simply can't afford the negative or the maintenance...Sell.  

While my fellow realtors spent 1999-2000 buying internet stocks that were valueless in 2001, I took my profits from the boom and put a down payment on 2 rentals.

The opportunity cost of not buying a real estate investment is too high in this booming market.

I'm hoping it is even better than the boom which followed the Reagan tax cuts.   

We are in a boom and bust business.
