They generally hide in crevices at daytime and at night come out for a blood feast when you are sleeping.

Some provide small income streams each month while others produce large returns inside of 3-12 months, while others may take several years before cashing the paycheck.

It's in their blood to try and extract as much money out of you as possible.

As for content, I plan on using multiple streams of auto-blogging for "news" and also original content.

Obviously, any tenant's job loss is a cause for concern, but without a stream of rent checks coming your way, I fear this employee could claim in a court of law he hadn't been paying any rent (it was simply in exchange for his work).
