Have someone about to sign a lease but realized that an extra bathroom my wife and i have not hardly used has issues needing pretty signifcant repairs.

Remodeled and reconfigured the dated interior with all new flooring, kitchen cabinets and bathroom, new furniture, paint, etc.

When decision was made to sell the property and tenants were out, remodeled kitchen cabinets, added granite, and new bath vanities, improved exterior siding.

Additional repairs of $40000 to replace kitchen cabinets, new appliances, and bathroom cabinets, plus carpeting in bedrooms and screen in the back porch to get property ready for sale.

We installed a new kitchen (fixtures, appliances, some plumbing upgrades), new baths (wall/floor tile, vanity, fixtures) and paint/minor carpentry.

It needs one BR carpet replaced but we are considering replacing both BR's carpet, all blinds but one need to be replaced, the walls need patching and painting, 2 screens need repairing (one just new screen material the other they will build the screen frame from the kits), bath vanity needs to be replaced, lots of cleanup, and a little yard work. 

I did floors and bathrooms in each unit and rented them out.

It also includes a bathroom and a kitchenette in the back (not part of the 1600 sq. ft.) as well as a 6 car parking lot that is included with the parcel next to the building.

If the bathrooms are in such bad shape they won't rent, they should have informed you the first week.
