What sort of safety measures would you undergo to make sure I can execute if things go south?

Im a little nervous to look too far away on my first venture, but may have to do that.Any advice or feedback is welcomed with open arms.

Landlords are going to stop fixing things, stop addressing life and safety issues or worse, handle evictions outside the courts.You can be sued for triple damages to a tenant for not fixing a life and safety issue.

Nobody twisted your arm to rent out 3-grand-plus units and think of yourself as occupying a long-term viable market segment.

It does not preclude the Seller from evicting based on other issues like non-renewal, non-compliance, health and safety risk, and so forth. 

The reason we do move out inspections without the tenant present is to ensure our safety.

A monthly allowance for every American who makes under a certain threshold—not slot just enough to potentially cover the basics—give all renters rent vouchers that ensure landlords always get paid, nationwide law that evictions can only be for a good reason like criminal activity, risks to safety, damage to the property, national right to counsel for eviction defendants, universal health care, universal college tuition, and make it easier to buy a home.I don’t understand how anyone can be against  those things?

I was looking at Bayonne, Newark etc bc of the price but found some bad articles about safety.. so happy to hear thoughts from those who are not journalist or blogger but really know those places.Any other considerations are more than welcome.Thanks,Adrienn
