What made me a little alarmed was the minimal disclosure - the broker was representing himself as only the broker for a client who was a corporation - not specifically disclosing that he was associated with the corporation.The letter made it seem like the broker had an arms length client who was interested in the building, but the client was listed as "[Corporation], et al." with "address on file" - basically giving minimal information.Has anyone ever sent a partially executed purchase offer to someone, cold?

Georgia cities seem to address it in part by charging much higher property tax if the house isn't owner occupied.Is it the same in Philly?

The president stopped by numerous times while the worked was being commenced commenting on how nice everything was looking and how the work we were doing to our balcony addresses a problem that some of the balconies have, cracks in them.Fast forward to this month.

I schedule an open house for 1-2 hours.Apps are faxed back/fee deposited into acct....Since he knows about the property, he can address most questions and provide feedback regarding tenants/concerns..I also try to schedule while we are working on project or getting unit ready..most time it's rented before complete...
